A WordPress Theme worth a closer look
This has to be one of my all time favorites. In fact, I’ve used it several times in website makeovers. It has a classic layout that uses the screen real estate in a way that isn’t clunky or crowded.
It has a main header area with a slide out description and will show 3 large images as the user places their mouse over the side tab. This short description / excerpt then links to a full story.
The colors are tasteful but are also easily changed to meet a new color schema if need be.
It takes a bit to get the hang of how it works but then you’re off and running. The website gives plenty of documentation so there isn’t a huge frustration level.
We last used this one with a make over for www.spidertie.com. The owner, Greg McDonagh, was thrilled with the results. Best of all is ofcourse the ability for the owner to blog to his heart’s content.
